14-Day Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn

Unwashed

In original condition

Returned with all original tags attached

Returned with the original VÉO Return Tag still attached

Items returned without the VÉO return tag cannot be accepted.

Every return and exchange includes a prepaid shipping label at no additional cost.

Need a different size or color?

Start an exchange through our returns portal, and we'll ship your replacement as soon as your return is processed.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
