Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• Returned with all original tags attached

• Returned with the original VÉO Return Tag still attached

Items returned without the VÉO Return Tag cannot be accepted.

Need a different size or color?

Start an exchange through our returns portal, and we'll ship your replacement as soon as your return is processed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
